Product

LiveAgent is a property inspection app for Property Managers. LiveAgent enables PMs to complete Entry, Exit and Routine condition inspections onsite then sync sync to Console Gateway Live, property management software. This avoided PMs having to double data entry and enabled features such as copying and editing previous inspection details.

Opportunity

After the first version of LiveAgent had been in use for sometime ous support team had gathered feedback from client on performance and features. With recurring themes appearing we had a good case to begin work on the product. We would include a maintenance logging feature, Review IA to reduce user error; Refresh visual design to support user confidence; improve UX to reduce user error; develop new features to match competitors and assist sales; and increase speed of task completion. Include a tour of the app from the homepage to help people understand the app and it’s new features.

Result

Decreased inspection times by up to 50% through reduced screens and improvements in reuse previous data feature.
